Alessandro Carlesso, from Treviso, a degree, summa cum laude, in Administration and Control at Ca' Foscari - University of Venice was the first to give Heron a face and an identity.
In 2018 he decided to put to good use the experience gained on renewables and finance during the 10 years spent in Finanziaria Internazionale SGR, a leading asset management company, structuring a great number of investments in pv plants, wind power and energy efficiency, executed through real estate and private equity investments funds.
This is how Heron was born, an independent advisory firm specialized in investment projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Alessandro is a member of the Board of Directors of Italia Solare, the leading Italian association that promotes the development of photovoltaics in the country and of èNostra, the first non-profit cooperative acting as full green electricity provider.

Manuel, from Conegliano, graduated with full marks in Business and Finance at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice. After a professional experience in Price Waterhouse Coopers, he arrives in the asset management company of the well-known Investment Bank - Finanziaria Internazionale Group of Conegliano taking over the management of real estate funds of different asset classes and participating in the structuring of complex project financing transactions.
